E & L Chem-Dry is locally owned & operated by Lynden Smith. Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, Lynden loves all things beach & sea related. He was initially hired in 1995 as a management trainee with a company that specialized in commercial cleaning. His first account was a community college in Tampa, FL. Eventually, Lynden decided to start his own small business in 2001 cleaning restaurants and office buildings. He joined the Chem-Dry family of franchise owners in 2017 after substantial research that led him to realize that Chem-Dry was the clear leader in the carpet cleaning industry.
